Most of the time is it always a good idea to get your septic tank inspected when you are buying or selling your house. It needs to be done by someone that knows septics and WE DO!
There is more to a septic tank than in and out. Please take the time and look at the photo. The house septic comes in the left side, below water level, in the tee. The grease floats to the top and the solids sink and in the middle is where the microorganisms get involved and digest everything up. They eat the fats and grease and food particles until there are just solids left that sink to the bottom of the tank and solid grease floats to the top. When these two sections get full, the middle gets smaller and smaller until it kills the live bacteria and the whole system stops. You need it pumped out before this happens.
We don’t just look at it, We probe the tank to see what’s on top and what’s on bottom.
